BH Mallorca Welcomes Creamfields
Creamfields, one of the world’s most famous dance music festivals returned to Mallorca last weekend and to the vibrant hotel concept that is BH Mallorca, where a selection of top international artists took over the outdoor stage in front of a capacity crowd.
BH Mallorca is no stranger to hosting the biggest artists in the electronic dance scene, The Stage, its custom built outdoor venue regularly delivers world famous talent for its huge crowd. Creamfields, however, offers something slightly different, taking over the booth by the pool for some early action before moving the party focus to The Stage early evening into night. revellers warmed up for what was one of the biggest parties of the summer, by splashing around in the pool early doors, and enjoying some white-knuckle rides in the adults only water park, part of the BH Mallorca hotel complex.
The festival vibe was evident throughout the resort as clubbers made their way excitedly from their rooms to the outdoor arena, The Stage, where the main artists would be performing. Tinie Tempah, swapped one huge outdoor arena for another as he landed straight from the latest Disturbing Ibiza party in Ushuaïa Ibiza. Along with DJ Charlesy, he hyped the crowd up in the afternoon sunshine, even taking time out of the booth to spray the first few tows with champagne as the party vibe simmered. As day eased into night and darkness descended on the arena, Sigma took centre stage. The duo is a big hit with the BH Mallorca crowd as it ramps the atmosphere up further and drops a selection of bass heavy bangers through the set. Previous protagonists included Rewire Varski, Salvatore Ganacci and Tchami, who had all played a significant part of delivering the electric atmosphere that now awaited headliners Axwell & Ingrosso.
The loudest roar of the afternoon/ evening was saved for the Swedish duo as they took to the elevated podium on the stage, from where they would proceed to take the massive crowd on a journey through some of the biggest beats, basslines and breakdowns, much to its delight. Axwell took to the mic to welcome everyone, and throughout the performance, prompting huge sing-a-longs at choruses of well-known anthems, as well as talking the crowd through the breakdown and subsequent build up that led to numerous confetti, pyrotechnic explosions that added to an atmosphere that left boiling point behind a long time ago. It was a fitting climax to another fantastic collaboration between Creamfields and BH Mallorca. There are still plenty of reasons to drop into BH Mallorca and The Stage this summer, with a host of top stars already confirmed.
